ZamuTrack may process staff profile details, attendance records, location verification data, visitor records, documents, assets, support tickets and audit logs depending on the modules enabled by your organization.

Information collected

• Staff details such as name, email, phone, employee ID, role, department and branch.
• Attendance details such as clock-in time, clock-out time, shift, status, device and location verification.
• Visitor records such as visitor name, company, host, purpose, pass ID and check-in or checkout time.
• Operational records such as approvals, documents, assets, projects, tickets and audit activity.

Location use

Location data may be used to verify whether a user is within an approved geofenced work area before attendance is recorded. Organizations can define branch, site and field policies.

Security

ZamuTrack supports role-based access, permissions, audit trails, OTP controls and organization-level data separation. Access to sensitive information should be limited to authorized roles.
